Joël Robuchon's Mango Parfait Extended Through July 12 at Nihonbashi

Le Café de Joël Robuchon at Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C. has announced an extension of its popular new "Mango Parfait with Brown Sugar Blancmange." Originally available from May 15 to June 30, 2026, the parfait will now be served through July 12, 2026, with only 20 servings available each day.

The parfait is built around domestic fresh mango, known for its rich sweetness and tender flesh. Layered beneath are an exotic jelly made with pineapple and passion fruit, brown sugar blancmange, and a light coconut ice cream. The dessert is finished with crunchy brown sugar crumble, pineapple tuile, and meringue for added texture.

Created by the café's pastry team, the parfait showcases the flavor, aroma, and texture of the mango in a tropical, artfully composed creation.
