Marking its 15th anniversary and as a token of appreciation to guests, Kitanokaze Saryou is offering two special autumn plans built around matsutake mushroom, available from September 1 to November 30, 2026.
Each plan pairs dishes drawing on abundant seasonal ingredients with unhurried time in the guest room and attentive hospitality throughout the stay.
Two Matsutake Plans
- Matsutake Dobin Mushi (松茸の土瓶蒸し) Plan — the meal comes with a matsutake dobin mushi
- Matsutake Kamameshi (松茸の釜炊きご飯) Plan — the meal comes with matsutake kamameshi, rice cooked together with matsutake mushroom in a traditional pot
The plans run from Tuesday, September 1 through Monday, November 30, 2026, though the offer period may change depending on ingredient availability.
