KURAMAE CANNELE, a fresh-baked canelé specialty shop based in Kuramae, Tokyo, is holding a limited-time pop-up at ecute Omiya (inside JR Omiya Station) from April 6 (Monday) through May 10 (Sunday), 2026.
The shop, which opened in January 2023 in Kuramae, bakes its canelé in an on-site workshop and has gained a following on social media. For this event, the canelé are baked fresh in Kuramae each morning and shipped directly to Omiya.
Freshly Baked Canelé and Seasonal Sweets
The signature "KURAMAE CANNELE" canelé will be available, baked that morning and delivered straight from the Kuramae workshop.
Also available in limited quantities is the "Strawberry and White Chocolate Financier" — a spring treat with the flavor of strawberry in every bite, finished with the gentle sweetness of white chocolate.
From May 1 (Friday) through May 10 (Sunday), items will be presented in special carnation packaging in celebration of Mother's Day — a thoughtful gift option for family.
A canelé for dogs is also on offer, made with carefully selected ingredients so that pets can enjoy the treat safely alongside their owners.
