A new bakery, "Land Bageri," is set to open on Friday, August 7, 2026, on the first floor of the store building at Meiji Park, a park developed in front of Hakata Station through the Park-PFI program. The shop is produced by LANDIC Holdings Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and Group CEO: Tomoyuki Nakayama).
By day, Land Bageri operates as a bakery, and in the evening it becomes a bread bistro serving freshly baked bread alongside cooked dishes. (The bread bistro service is expected to begin in autumn 2026.)
Product management and development are led by Tetsuo Hirayama of "pain stock," a well-known Fukuoka bakery based in Hakozaki, while the interior design comes from architect Kei Sasaki (axonometric), known for his work on "NOT A HOTEL FUKUOKA." A range of craftspeople and creators have come together to shape a dining and spatial experience unique to this location.
The interior draws on simple, natural materials such as soil, stone, and plants, and is filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread.

Inside Land Bageri
Land Bageri's interior pairs natural materials with an open layout, creating a calm space for guests moving between the bakery counter and bistro seating.

A New Landmark at Meiji Park
Land Bageri opens in a corner of Meiji Park, located in front of Hakata Station. The redeveloped park is being built around the concept "The Gateway Park 'HAKATA MEIJI,'" intended to reflect Hakata's spirit of hospitality and serve as a landmark for the city.
Overall design supervision for the park was handled by architect Sou Fujimoto, known internationally for open, organic architecture, including the Grand Ring at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo.
