Meiji Kinenkan (2-2-23 Moto-Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo) has started taking reservations for its 2026 Christmas cakes. Reservations opened on Saturday, October 17.
The lineup is led by the "Strawberry Decoration Cake" (苺のデコレーション), a staple that has been enjoyed across generations. Its fine-textured, moist sponge and lightly sweetened whipped cream bring out the flavor of the strawberries. Also on offer are a popular baked cheesecake and a popular chocolate cake, each dressed up for Christmas, along with eight Christmas-exclusive piece cakes in a range of flavors.
Each Christmas cake purchased and paid for through the Pastry Shop inside Meiji Kinenkan is eligible for Meiji Kinenkan Family Tree Points (明治記念館ファミリーツリーポイント).

Strawberry Decoration Cake (苺のデコレーション)
A fine-textured, moist sponge is paired with lightly sweetened whipped cream and strawberries, bringing out the natural flavor of the strawberries. It is a Christmas staple enjoyed across generations.
