PARIYA DELICATESSEN, operated by Greenhouse Foods, is releasing a new limited-time product — "Pariya Cookie Sandwich Gelato" — in three flavors exclusively at its Ebisu store. Sales begin on Friday, March 27, 2026, to mark the 10th anniversary of Atre Ebisu West Building.
New Gelato Cookie Sandwich Using PARIYA's Popular Gelato
PARIYA's gelato is known for its creative flavors that draw out the best in each ingredient — combining seasonal fruits, herbs, spices, and Japanese ingredients to deliver a distinctive taste experience. Each bite offers a rich yet light melt, lingering aroma, and contrasting textures that go beyond a simple dessert.
For this new release, PARIYA's gelato is paired with a specially developed original cookie. The cookie was created from scratch for this product and is characterized by a moist texture with generous chunks of caramel pecan nuts. Three of the most popular gelato flavors — Fresh Milk, Spicy Pistachio, and Raspberry — were selected to complement the cookie, bringing out the best qualities of both components.
