Starting June 1, 2026, the all-you-can-eat yakiniku chain Premium Karubi is adding 11 new summer-limited items to its in-house seasonal dessert and gelato buffet. The total lineup grows to 28 varieties, featuring tropical flavors like mango, pineapple, and lychee for the summer season.
Summer Seasonal Desserts (June–August 2026)
Eight new seasonal desserts will be available through mid-August 2026, all made in-store.

Ripe Mango Shortcake
Fresh cream generously filled with diced ripe mango for a tropical shortcake with intensely fruity sweetness.
Framboise Vanille
Vanilla-scented mousse paired with tangy raspberry jelly—two flavors that bring out the best in each other.
Mousse Banane Chocolat Blanc
A two-layer mousse of ripe banana and rich white chocolate, balancing fragrant banana aroma with smooth sweetness.
Verrines Mangue
Creamy mango pudding layered with a refreshingly sweet mango sauce in a glass dessert, recommended for mango fans.
Jasmine and Pineapple Scone
Scones infused with jasmine tea and paired with pineapple compote, offering an exotic aromatic experience.
Grapefruit and Lychee Jelly
A refreshing jelly combining slightly bitter grapefruit with fragrant lychee, inspired by the China Blue cocktail. (No alcohol used.)
Rocher Coco
Crispy coconut-flavored baked confections with an addictive texture—great alongside gelato, coffee, or tea.
Canelé
Slowly baked from a batter of vanilla, lemon, and rum-infused milk blended with eggs.
Two year-round classics remain on the menu as well:
- Financier – A baked confection with the toasty flavor of almonds and rich browned butter aroma
- Premium Pudding – A firm-set classic vanilla pudding made with generous amounts of milk and eggs
New Gelato Flavors (June–July 2026)
Three new flavors are joining the existing 18-variety gelato lineup, available for June and July 2026.
Charentais Melon
Made with plenty of high-sugar, intensely aromatic Charentais melon from France, capturing its juicy, rich sweetness in every scoop.

Calpis
A refreshing gelato that combines Calpis and yogurt, with a sweet-and-tart flavor that evokes early summer.

Macadamia Nut
Milk gelato mixed with macadamia nuts, offering a rich, satisfying texture alongside the creamy milk base.

All gelato at Premium Karubi is handmade daily in the in-store patisserie kitchen across all 24 locations. Freshly made gelato is light and airy, melting smoothly on the tongue.

Dessert Buffet & Pricing
The seasonal dessert buffet and gelato are included with select all-you-can-eat courses. Premium Karubi's dessert menu changes with the seasons, and individual portions are kept small so guests can try as many varieties as they like even after a full yakiniku meal.
