Two tarts that were exclusive to the store's opening are coming back after a year, and a customer message board is being set up in the store.

Two Anniversary Tarts Return After One Year
Two tarts exclusive to Quil Fait Bon Nagoya Sakae — starring Aichi Prefecture figs and Shizuoka Crown Melon — are returning after a one-year absence. Inspired by the golden shachi (the iconic golden fish-tiger figures of Nagoya Castle), the tarts showcase the bounty of the region and are available for a limited time only.

Aichi Prefecture Amano Fig Farm Fig Tart
Price: ¥2,592 per piece / ¥25,920 for a whole (25 cm)
This tart features figs from Amano Fig Farm, whose produce won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award at the 21st National Fruit Technology and Management Contest in 2020. Plump, sweet, and juicy figs are arranged over a moist ricotta cheese-infused almond cream layered with custard and house-made fig jam. A finishing honey sauce brings out the natural flavor of the figs.

Special Shizuoka Fukuroi-grown Crown Melon and Vanilla Mousse Tart
Price: ¥3,099 per piece / ¥30,996 for a whole (25 cm)
Crown melon from Fukuroi, Shizuoka is arranged over a beautifully layered gradient of vanilla mousse, fromage blanc custard, and milk jelly. The refreshing green of the Crown Melon and the fragrant elderflower jelly glaze make this a tart perfectly suited to early summer.

Customer Message Board
To mark the anniversary, a message board is being installed inside the store. Customers are invited to write a short message and post it on the board — a participatory initiative that brings together the voices of everyone who has visited over the past year.
