Walking Festa 2026 in Sodegaura will be held as a gathering place where people of all generations can enjoy walking together.
This event has been beloved by many and has grown in popularity each year. Last year, 1,240 participants joined, making it a great success. This year, preparations are complete to welcome a record-breaking 1,500 participants.
This year, in collaboration with Tokyo German Village, the event will feature exciting activities to make Walking Festa even more enjoyable, including a grand lottery where participants can win specialty products from Sodegaura City.
After the walk, you can enjoy delicious meals with your family in the spacious grounds of Tokyo German Village, and in the evening, experience the spectacular illuminations.
This event promises a wonderful day for all participants.

5. Participation Fee
- General (high school students and above): ¥500
- Out-of-city comprehensive community sports club members: ¥500
- Preschool children and elementary/junior high school students: Free
- Sodegaura City comprehensive community sports club members: Free
*Participation fees will be collected at registration on the day of the event.
*Entrance fees to German Village must be paid separately.
(Entrance fee (group rate): Adults ¥500, Children (3 years old to elementary school students) ¥300)
*Visitors arriving by car will be charged a separate parking fee of ¥1,000.
