Strawberry-Themed Buffet with Spring Flavors
Dining Luore's Lunch, Dinner & Sweets Buffet changes its menu seasonally, allowing guests to enjoy unlimited servings of their favorite dishes. The second installment of the strawberry-themed sweets buffet features a vibrant dessert corner with 14 desserts in total, including 11 strawberry sweets such as "Strawberry Croissant Sandwich" and "Strawberry and White Chocolate Terrine."
A signature feature of Luore, the live dessert station offers freshly prepared "Strawberry and Mascarpone Mousse with Two Types of Strawberries." This dessert combines white wine jelly with mascarpone mousse and strawberry sauce, topped with two varieties of strawberries. Guests can savor the harmonious blend of fluffy mascarpone mousse and the fresh acidity of seasonal strawberries, experiencing the unique flavor of a freshly made dessert.
Spring-Inspired Hot and Cold Dishes
The buffet also features an array of dishes that celebrate the spring season. The menu includes "Sea Bream and Asari Clams Acqua Pazza with Sakura Flavor," "Sakura Shrimp and Nanohana Quiche," "Petoncle and Shellfish Jelly with Sakura-Colored Pasta," and "Chirashi Sushi."
