Rihga Royal Hotel Kokura (Asano, Kokura Kita Ward, Kitakyushu City; General Manager: Masato Muneasu) will host a spring-inspired lunch and sweets buffet featuring an abundance of strawberry desserts called STRAWBERRY SPECIAL - My Reward Time Adorned with Strawberries from February 1 (Sunday) to May 11 (Monday), 2026, at the 2nd floor All-Day Dining "Leetos."

Following last year's success, this event will again feature two distinct phases. Throughout the period, a total of 18 types of sweets will be offered, with approximately 10 varieties differing between Phase 1 and Phase 2, ensuring guests can discover new delicious flavors throughout the entire season.

Strawberry Desserts Crafted by Pastry Chefs Take Center Stage

The buffet showcases an impressive array of strawberry-focused desserts created by the hotel's pastry chefs. Building on the positive reception from previous years, this year's event offers even more substantial content.

Phase 1: February 1 (Sunday) to March 17 (Tuesday)

Phase 1 features desserts such as Ruby Chocolate Mousse with Strawberry, which combines sweet-and-sour strawberry flavors with the subtle fruitiness of ruby chocolate, and Strawberry Mont Blanc, featuring fluffy, light-textured strawberry cream with hidden strawberry confiture that delivers a refreshing acidity.

Phase 2: March 18 (Wednesday) to May 11 (Monday)

Phase 2 introduces Pistache - Strawberry Harmony, featuring smooth pistachio-scented mousse enveloping sweet-and-sour strawberry jam, and Mascarpone Cheese Mousse with Strawberry, which layers creamy mascarpone cheese with refreshing strawberry acidity. The lineup is packed with carefully crafted sweets.

Self-Style Pancake Corner Makes Its Debut

A new pancake corner allows guests to top freshly baked pancakes with their favorite toppings, creating a personalized treat. This addition makes the lunch and sweets buffet experience even more enjoyable.

Savory Lunch Menu Features 23 Creative Dishes

The lunch menu includes 23 thoughtfully prepared dishes, including strawberry-based items such as Strawberry Gazpacho, which highlights the fruit's sweetness and acidity, and Strawberry and Chicken Salad, Mimosa Style, among other innovative offerings.

Additionally, the dining space will be decorated with spring-themed, cute and vibrant decor throughout the event period, providing an Instagram-worthy atmosphere where guests can enjoy their meals.
