The main highlight is domestic spare ribs prepared in a refreshing orange sweet and sour sauce, with a balance of richness and fragrance. Steamed cherry sea bream with seafood soy sauce and other seasonal spring ingredients are woven throughout the course.
A free-flowing drinks version (Zuien with Free-Flowing Drinks at ¥13,000 per person) is also available, making it a good choice for welcome and farewell parties.

Chinese Restaurant Sangu offers Neoclassic Cantonese cuisine, combining traditional Chinese culinary techniques with original interpretations. The menu centers on seafood using premium ingredients such as shark fin, Ise lobster, and dried abalone, ranging from à la carte selections to full-course options. Private rooms and a fully atmospheric dining space are available to suit various occasions.

Umeda Sky Building
