The main highlight is domestic spare ribs prepared in a refreshing orange sweet and sour sauce, with a balance of richness and fragrance. Steamed cherry sea bream with seafood soy sauce and other seasonal spring ingredients are woven throughout the course.
A free-flowing drinks version (Zuien with Free-Flowing Drinks at ¥13,000 per person) is also available, making it a good choice for welcome and farewell parties.

Chinese Restaurant Sangu offers Neoclassic Cantonese cuisine, combining traditional Chinese culinary techniques with original interpretations.
