Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel to Launch "Pistachio × Nuts Sweets & Bakery" Fair from May 1

Café Toastina (2nd floor) at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel in Maihama, Urayasu City, will hold "Pistachio × Nuts Sweets & Bakery" from May 1 to May 31, 2026. The fair brings together hotel-made sweets and baked goods centered on pistachio and nuts, with a lineup designed to complement the start of early summer.

Monthly Sweets

Forêt Pistache – ¥1,000

Named "Forest of Pistachio" in French, this mousse features a deep green hue reminiscent of fresh spring foliage. Rich pistachio mousse is infused with orange flavor and finished with a macaron and a raspberry, offering a pleasant balance of depth and acidity.

Noisette Caramel – ¥1,000

A mousse that layers the toasty aroma of hazelnut with smooth caramel. The cube-shaped caramel mousse is combined with a hazelnut (noisette in French) mousse and an orange gelée, with each bite delivering a subtly shifting interplay of flavors.

Tarte Pistache Noisette – ¥1,000

A tart featuring five varieties of nuts for a rich and layered texture. On a pistachio-scented tart base sit walnuts, almonds, cashews, pecan nuts, and pistachios, served alongside a mascarpone maple cream. The nutty aroma and smooth cream come together in a satisfying combination.

Pistachio Cream Sand – ¥700 (front in photo)

Pistachio-infused dough is filled with pistachio milk cream and griotte cherries, balancing gentle sweetness with a hint of tartness. The contrast of white chocolate and pistachio green gives this bakery item a striking appearance.

A Danish made from croissant dough baked with nutty flavor throughout. Filled with a rich pistachio frangipane and almonds for depth and texture, it is finished with a drizzle of chocolate and a scattering of pistachios.

Every Friday from May 8 to May 29, Casual Dining "Galleria Café" (Hotel 1F) hosts a Friday Sweets Buffet. In addition to sweets, savory options such as sandwiches are also available. (*Not held on May 1.)
