To coincide with Black Tea Day on November 1, Restaurant & Lounge Bar eu at Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka (6-1-55 Uehonmachi, Tennoji-ku, Osaka) is serving "Tea Cocktail Selection," a lineup of three cocktails that show off black tea in a variety of flavors. The cocktails are available from Sunday, November 1 to Thursday, December 31, 2026.
As autumn deepens, the lineup offers three distinctive tea cocktails for autumn and winter evenings. The first is a refreshing drink that combines the rich aroma of black tea with citrus and ginger ale. The second is a rich drink scented with bourbon and bitters. The third is a mellow drink made with red wine and rum that warms the body from the inside. Each has its own aroma and lingering finish.

The Three Tea Cocktails
Princess cooler: ¥1,800
A cocktail built on Tiffin Tea Liqueur, which concentrates the aroma of fine black tea, and crisp vodka. The depth of Chambord Liqueur, a premium liqueur with a berry fragrance, the acidity of fresh orange, and the pleasant fizz of ginger ale poured in at the end bring out the rich aroma of the black tea.
Ember old fashion: ¥1,800
Rich bourbon with the sweet flavor of chai added. The deep bitterness and citrus aroma of aromatic bitters and orange bitters neatly tighten the flavor. A charred cinnamon stick set on the glass sends up a smoky aroma that stimulates the senses, making this a spicy, indulgent drink for an autumn night.
Velvet Midnight: ¥1,900
A tea cocktail inspired by Glühwein (mulled wine), a winter tradition in Europe, with the fruity astringency of red wine and the mellow sweetness of rum. Each sip brings bright fruit flavor and a deep, lingering finish, and the drink gently warms the body from the inside.
