St. Regis Hotel Osaka Presents a Southern French Summer Aperitivo Experience at Brasserie RÉGINE

Brasserie RÉGINE on the first floor of the St. Regis Hotel Osaka (3-6-12 Honmachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka) will serve a seasonal summer menu for its "Appetizer Marché" from Wednesday, July 1 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The theme this summer is Mediterranean gastronomy.

RÉGINE blends the spirit of Paris with a contemporary sensibility. This season, its signature "Appetizer Marché" is reimagined with the flavors of southern France — a colorful showcase of seafood and summer vegetables that evokes sun-drenched coastal towns, leisurely afternoons, and the apéro tradition that begins at dusk.

The summer menu includes seafood dishes such as 蛸のガルシア風 (octopus in the García style) and marinated mussels, alongside vibrant dishes like グレック, ratatouille — a hallmark of Provençal cuisine — and tortilla with romesco sauce, a Spanish staple. Together these dishes reflect the rich food culture of the Mediterranean coast, with the umami of seafood, the freshness of summer vegetables, and the fragrance of aromatic herbs.

The menu also includes pâté en croûte, smoked Fujinosuke salmon with blini, a cheese selection, and a charcuterie lineup of French chorizo, saucisson sec, and saucisson sec poivre — all chosen to pair beautifully with wine.

On the terrace overlooking the tree-lined Midosuji boulevard, a summer-exclusive "Sunset Apéro" runs daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Champagne "Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut," rosé wine from Château La Coste — a prestigious estate in Provence known for its fruit-forward aroma and refreshing herbal notes — and white wine "Secrets de Roches" from Bordeaux are all available at special prices. Guests can raise a glass while watching the city glow in the evening light.

A free-flow plan is also available, combining 90 minutes of unlimited drinks with a selection of five appetizers from the marché. Champagne, wine, and summer cocktails can be enjoyed alongside the Mediterranean spread.
