About "Boin Boshoku"
On yakiniku days, go all out
The brand's concept is: "On the day you eat yakiniku, set aside low-carb diets, dieting, and giving up alcohol for a while, and go all out and indulge!!" As the name suggests (暴飲暴食 means "binge eating and drinking"), it is a casual yakiniku brand built around the idea of forgetting restraint for the day and enjoying yakiniku to the fullest.
The idea is to enjoy quality meat without pretension and in a hearty way. The restaurant offers the meat expertise the group has built up so far in a more casual style.

Drinks for ¥99 Each
The symbol of "Boin Boshoku" is the ¥99 drink. Beer, sours, and other drinks are each served for ¥99, so guests can enjoy both the meat and the drinks without worrying about the price. That is the style of Taishu Yakiniku Boin Boshoku.

Drinks such as beer and sours are ¥99 each
Tabelog "Yakiniku TOKYO Hyakumeiten 2025"
The Hiroo branch of Taishu Yakiniku Boin Boshoku in Tokyo was selected for Tabelog's "Yakiniku TOKYO Hyakumeiten 2025." Rather than a high-end yakiniku restaurant for special occasions, it has gained support as a place to enjoy yakiniku to the fullest in everyday life.

Manager Ishikawa Brings About Four Years of Tokyo Yakiniku Experience Home to Okinawa

Manager Ishikawa, a native of Okinawa, gained about four years of experience in Tokyo before returning home
The manager of Naha Taishu Yakiniku Boin Boshoku, Ishikawa, is from Okinawa Prefecture. Captivated by yakiniku, Ishikawa ate at yakiniku restaurants around Tokyo, encountered the yakiniku of Shinshin Kiei Group, and joined the group, drawn to its flavors and its approach to meat.
After that, Ishikawa spent about four years in Tokyo yakiniku restaurants, working as a manager involved in restaurant operations while deepening knowledge and experience in handling meat and yakiniku in general.
With the group's move into Okinawa, Ishikawa has now returned to Okinawa, the place Ishikawa calls home. Drawing on the experience gained in Tokyo, Ishikawa is taking part in launching the new restaurant as manager of Naha Taishu Yakiniku Boin Boshoku.

What's Next
Following the opening of Taishu Yakiniku Boin Boshoku in Okinawa, the group plans to roll out its members-only yakiniku brand "Kaiinsei Yakiniku Shinshin Kiei" (会員制焼肉新進気鋭) as well.
