Teppanyaki Chigiri (鉄板焼 契), located on the first floor of KOKO HOTEL Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, is now accepting reservations for its seasonal summer special course, "季節の鉄板焼きSPコース~涼夏~" (Seasonal Teppanyaki SP Course — Cool Summer). The course is available through the end of August 2026.

Watch a skilled chef prepare each dish right in front of you on the teppan. The summer limited menu centers on prime seasonal ingredients — A5-grade wagyu beef and fresh seasonal seafood — presented as an 8-course dinner. Shizuoka-sourced produce features throughout the menu, culminating in a special house-made dessert. Guests who make a reservation by the day before their visit will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling drink as a welcome drink.
