This special parfait captures winter's quiet beauty through its "jet-black" aesthetic, with each layer carefully crafted to deliver both visual appeal and a sophisticated flavor experience. The seasonal osmanthus fragrance adds a refined, lingering finish that makes this an adult-oriented treat.
"Black Drop Parfait"
From the bottom of the glass, carefully layered elements create a harmonious blend of fruity notes, aroma, and richness. Berry tartness forms the base, topped with a jelly infused with osmanthus and black tea. The parfait is crowned with intensely bitter chocolate ice cream and jet-black sesame tuile that adds a nutty, toasted contrast. The result is a deep, complex winter dessert with the osmanthus fragrance providing an elegant, long-lasting aftertaste.
