The Super Dining "Verdure" on the 2nd floor of Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo in Kinshicho, Sumida Ward, is running a Spring & Early Summer Fair from April 1 to June 30, 2026. As part of the buffet spread, the restaurant has introduced a customizable "Okonomi Burger" available on weekdays only.
Weekday-Only: Verdure's Okonomi Burger (April 1 – June 30)
The "Okonomi Burger" is designed around the idea of letting guests enjoy the fun of choosing. Diners can mix and match patties, toppings, and sauces however they like, building their own burger to match the mood of the day.

The buffet lineup includes dishes such as white fish and seafood nage — a light broth locking in the flavors of seafood and vegetables — as well as braised pork shoulder with shallot sauce, and a popular roast beef station.
