This special menu blends traditional Japanese flavors with contemporary Western elegance in a "Wa-Modern" style. Guests can enjoy unique creations like a matcha parfait concealing strawberry daifuku, alongside savories infused with Japanese ingredients, all while taking in panoramic views from 150m above ground.
