The experience features rich matcha paired with silky terrine and brûlée as the stars, complemented by a variety of sweets offering crispy and chewy textures that deliver blissful sensations with every bite. Savory items include pressed seasonal vegetables that achieve an exquisite balance of fragrant and light flavors. The signature "Melting Matcha Terrine Chocolate" offers rich matcha flavor and smooth texture, enhanced with cherry and berry sauce for a doubly delicious chef's specialty.
The welcome drink is a three-layer "Matcha and Cherry Blossom Spring Soda" that guests complete by pouring matcha themselves, setting the tone for the afternoon tea experience.
