Three hotel restaurants operated by Sumitomo Fudosan Villa Fontaine Co., Ltd. — two "All Day Dining Grand Aile" restaurants (at Tokyo Ariake and Haneda Airport) and "Il Ristorante Tokyo" (at Haneda Airport) — are offering special summer menus from June 1 (Monday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026.
