Yojiya, the Kyoto-born lifestyle brand, will hold its limited-time pop-up shop "Yojiya Furatto" at Maruhiro Department Store Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture from Wednesday, November 18 to Tuesday, November 24, 2026. Alongside its staple products, the shop will sell the new "Nemuri Warm Care Oil," suited to the chilly winter months. The "Yojiya Christmas Coffret 2026" will also be sold in limited quantities, and the Kawagoe store is the only retailer in Saitama Prefecture to carry it. Customers who spend ¥4,000 (tax included) or more can also try a special capsule toy machine with prizes such as Yojiya skincare items.
About "Yojiya Furatto"
Since its fifth-generation president took office, Yojiya has set out to move away from reliance on tourism and become a brand that is familiar not only to visitors but also to local residents. One part of that effort is expanding where its products are sold. The brand has held events across Japan so that more people outside Kyoto can pick up its products. The events have been well received by residents of each host region and have won "Yojiya fans" who like the products themselves, not only as Kyoto souvenirs.
In March 2025, Yojiya rebranded the entire group and refreshed its brand logo, which was created about 60 years ago. Going forward, the brand aims to go beyond its image as the maker of oil-blotting paper and become a Kyoto-born lifestyle brand that feels like a familiar shop to people across Japan, while expanding its products, services and sales channels.
This is the fifth time the "Yojiya Furatto" pop-up shop is being held, and previous editions have drawn many visitors and a warm response. The shop will sell staple products along with the new "Nemuri Warm Care Oil," recommended for the coming season when feeling chilly becomes a concern. Purchase-based campaigns and original goods giveaways are also planned. All of them end as soon as supplies run out.

Customers who spend ¥4,000 (tax included) or more during the event can try a capsule toy machine once. Prizes include Yojiya staple products and original novelty items.

Customers who buy products at the event venue and install the "Yojiya Official App" with a provisional registration will receive one "Yojiko" Mejirushi Charm (Shopping ver.).

Campaign 3: Pouch Sample for Purchases at Both Green Cosmetic Garden and Yojiya
Customers who make purchases at both Green Cosmetic Garden and Yojiya will receive one Yojiya pouch sample from the following.
Green Cosmetic Garden is a semi-self-service store themed on "beauty and wellness." It centers on brands that are considerate of people and the planet, including organic, natural, vegan, eco, ethical and sustainable brands.
