Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu's all-day dining "Café Tosca" (2F) will host "Sweet Journey 'Peach'"— a special Thursday-only dessert buffet celebrating the sweetness and aroma of peaches — every Thursday from July 2 to August 27, 2026. Reservations for July dates open on June 1 (Monday) at 10:00 AM via the official website.
Last year's edition sold out on the very first day reservations went live, so early booking is strongly recommended for anyone planning to attend.
At the action corner, a chef prepares "Peach Mini Parfaits" right in front of guests. The buffet spread features peach shortcake with beautifully revealed cross-sections, peach tarts, and a wide variety of glass desserts. The savory menu is equally noteworthy, with the restaurant's signature juicy roasted beef, stone-oven pizzas, and a carbonara finished with Parmigiano-Reggiano all available alongside the sweets.
The venue features an open, atrium-like space lined with palm trees, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows framing the Minato Mirai night skyline — a fitting backdrop for a leisurely peach-filled dinner.
