The crisp bitterness of matcha, the rich sweetness of Japanese chestnut, the refreshing acidity of strawberry — the bounty of autumn melts together, round and soft, on the tongue. That fleeting aftertaste is what the brand calls "maroyakasa" — a gentle mellowness.

Six monblanc soft creams layer the colors of autumn fields and mountains onto soft serve ice cream. From the fresh green of early autumn maples to the full palette of fall, each spoonful captures a single moment in the season's three-month transformation from green to gold to red.

The monblanc cream is pressed through a dedicated electric machine that produces ultra-fine threads just 1mm wide, achieving a smooth texture and beautiful presentation. Guests can watch the delicate cream being layered in circles in real time — a live craft experience right at the counter.

Autumn Sweets

Choose from three soft serve bases (milk, Yame matcha, or matcha milk), topped with one of five autumn-inspired monblanc creams. The signature 秋野円 (Akino-en) layers all three colors into one, bringing the total to six varieties.


No.01 秋野円 (Akino-en) — SIGNATURE ¥990

Three colors piped together in a single cup — AKINOEN's signature creation.

Yame matcha, Kumamoto Japanese chestnut, and strawberry are piped together in one pour, expressing the gradient of autumn foliage from green to gold to red. With each spoonful, the three flavors gently shift before coming together as one rounded whole.
