BOUL'MICH Co., Ltd. (President: Makoto Kiyama) announces the launch of a new design for the "Peaceful Macaron" project, a collaboration with food artist Izumi Kamoshida themed around SDGs Goal 10: "Reduced Inequalities." The new design will be available at department stores and specialty shops nationwide starting February 1st (Sunday).
Following the success of its first year, Peaceful Macaron enters its second year with a fresh approach. For Year 2, the project features six different flowers representing each season—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—arranged gently together in a heart shape. At the center, a white dove, the symbol of peace, is designed. The colors within the heart are carefully selected to evoke the atmosphere and light of each season.

About the Peaceful Macaron Project
Peaceful Macaron is a year-long project themed around SDGs Goal 10: "Reduced Inequalities," delivering messages of gratitude through the power of "sweets" and "art."
Various forms of inequality exist in our world—based on gender, nationality, economic status, and more. By creating macarons that are not just "cute" but also convey feelings, the project aims to use the power of sweets and art to encourage people to think about social issues.
Recognizing diversity, respecting different backgrounds and values, and expressing gratitude in a tangible form that can be handed to someone—these are the wishes embedded in each Peaceful Macaron.
The hope is that those who receive the macarons will have seeds of kindness planted in their hearts, which will then connect to the next "thank you," creating an expanding circle of gratitude.
About the New Design

Camellia "Modest Kindness" / Winter Sweet "Kind Heart"
Flowers that bloom resiliently in the winter cold gently nestle close, wrapping hearts in warmth.
Ranunculus "Attractive" / Anemone "Hope"
Layered petals and graceful forms awaken new dreams and brilliance.
Mimosa "Gratitude" / Sweet Pea "Departure"
With the arrival of spring, these flowers carry messages of "thank you" and gently encourage new beginnings.
The flower language of these six flowers weaves together a peaceful and warm story:
"Kindness → Attractiveness → Hope → Gratitude → Departure"
The small messages embedded in the flowers of Peaceful Macaron are meant to gently accompany those who hold them, illuminating the new season with brightness.
In addition to the seasonal macaron designs that change every three months, a picture book titled "Peaceful Macaron" by Izumi Kamoshida will be distributed on social media to help people understand the importance of SDGs. The original artwork for the picture book is on display at the BOUL'MICH Ginza Main Store.
