CÉ LA VI TOKYO Launches Spring Afternoon Tea with Strawberries and Flowers Starting April 1

CÉ LA VI TOKYO, located on the 17th and 18th floors of Tokyu Plaza Shibuya in Dogenzaka, Shibuya, is launching a spring-limited afternoon tea called "STRAWBERRY × FLEUR AFTERNOON TEA" at its 18th-floor CÉ LA VI RESTAURANT & SKY BAR from April 1, 2026.

The menu features 12 types of sweets centered around fresh strawberries and floral motifs. Highlights include a strawberry parfait layered with rosehip jelly, strawberry cream, orange, and kataifi; a fraisier made with pistachio custard, fresh strawberry, and sponge in a reworked classic French style; a Napoleon pie with layers of flaky pastry, custard, and fresh strawberry; and a strawberry daifuku made with a whole Amaou strawberry from Fukuoka, wrapped in Hokkaido anko and soft gyuhi. Edible flowers and floral designs appear throughout the lineup, lending the entire selection a distinctly springtime feel. The menu also includes a matcha roll cake made with fragrant Uji matcha paired with Hokkaido-grown red beans, offering a Japanese-Western mix of flavors.

The savory selection includes three items: a strawberry and cream cheese fresh spring roll garnished with edible flowers, a salmon and avocado roll sandwich, and bite-sized hamachi hand-pressed sushi.

The afternoon tea comes with 19 types of free-flow drinks including coffee and tea. Among the tea options, spring-themed flavors such as "Strawberry Crème," "Sakura Blossom," and "Sencha & Matcha Berry Mix" are available.

The experience takes place on the 18th floor, with views from high above Shibuya.
