Neon Genesis Evangelion, which marked its 30th anniversary in 2025 and remains beloved by fans both in Japan and overseas, is the inspiration behind this collaboration osechi. The originally designed tiered box holds a two-tier arrangement of osechi dishes evoking the mechs — including Unit-01 — and characters from the series. Original bonus items add to the appeal too, including a water-repellent furoshiki wrapping cloth featuring an A.T. Field design and paper coasters decorated with New Year illustrations. An osechi set that lets fans experience the world of Neon Genesis Evangelion will bring color to New Year 2027.

Tiered Box
The tiered box features an original design created exclusively for this product, incorporating the NERV emblem along with the unit numbers of Unit-01 and Unit-02.
Water-Repellent Furoshiki
A furoshiki wrapping cloth that stylishly combines the A.T. Field motif with traditional Japanese patterns. It is water-repellent, so water droplets simply bead off.
Paper Coasters
Paper coasters individually designed around each of the five pilots, decorated with New Year illustrations.

Osechi Dishes Colored by Ingredients Inspired by the Mechs and Characters
The two-tier box balances Japanese and Western dishes, with each tier designed around the mechs and characters of Neon Genesis Evangelion. It is filled with 37 varieties of dishes, ranging from traditional osechi staples to specially devised items. A Lance of Longinus-shaped pick and character-themed deco picks are also included, letting fans enjoy their osechi while feeling immersed in the world of the series.
First Tier
A vibrantly colored tier designed around the unit colors of Unit-00, Unit-01, and Unit-02.
Second Tier
A character-themed tier that uses carefully selected ingredients to represent the pilot characters.
Playful touches for fans are included too, such as dishes served in a container sleeve designed to evoke Shinji's and Kaworu's plug suits.
