Starting Friday, September 11, 2026, GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135° — the official luxury villa of Nijigen no Mori, the anime park on Awaji Island — is offering a new "HARBOR STAGE Viewing Ticket Stay Plan," which pairs an overnight stay with a ticket to PASONA HARBOR STAGE, a seaside art stage on Awaji Island's east coast.
PASONA HARBOR STAGE is a seaside art stage where video, music, and live performance come together against the open sea and sky, accompanied by the sound of waves and sea breeze; it sits about a five-minute drive from the villa. The new plan combines a stay at GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°, surrounded by Awaji Island's natural setting, and a meal built around the island's ingredients, with a viewing of the nighttime stage show set against the sea — a new way to spend the best possible night on Awaji Island.

A Luxurious Stay for the Best Night on Awaji Island
To make a stay on Awaji Island even more enjoyable, GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135° has put together a new stay plan connected to PASONA HARBOR STAGE, which had its grand opening in July 2026.
Along with a stay at GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°, the plan includes a viewing ticket for the seaside art stage performed at PASONA HARBOR STAGE. After a day spent enjoying Awaji Island's nature and food, guests can close it out with a stage where video, music, and performance come together in an open setting facing the sea and sky.
It's a stay plan designed to turn not just the time spent at the hotel, but the whole day on Awaji Island — from arrival through the evening — into a special travel memory.
PASONA HARBOR STAGE: The Sea and Sky as the Stage
PASONA HARBOR STAGE is a seaside art stage on Awaji Island's east coast. Alongside the panoramic sea and sky, it uses the island's own natural elements — the sound of waves, the sea breeze, and shifting light — as part of the production, staging works that combine video, music, and dance. The lineup includes entertainment found only on a stage over the water, such as "NATUREVERSE — Birth —," which tells a story of life beginning from the sea, and "THE BOOK OF LIBRIS," woven together from ballet and video.
Set against Awaji Island's night sea, which takes on a different expression than it does during the day, the stage brings a special close to a day of travel.
About GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°
At GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°, all 23 guest rooms are designed as cocoon-like spaces, and the sunrise and starry sky seen through skylights more than 5 meters high are simply spectacular. Dining is supervised by Chef Haruyuki Yamashita, Japan's representative Master Chef, who runs 13 restaurants in Japan and abroad, and centers on ingredients from Awaji Island — a "mikekuni," a region that has supplied food to the imperial court since ancient times.
Dining
Under the supervision of Chef Haruyuki Yamashita, an advisor for Hyogo Prefecture's food initiatives, guests can enjoy cuisine centered on ingredients from Awaji Island, a "mikekuni" that has long supplied food to the imperial court.
Dinner
Guests can enjoy a shin-washoku (new-style Japanese cuisine) course supervised by Chef Haruyuki Yamashita, who runs 13 restaurants in Japan and abroad, including one in Tokyo Midtown. Chef Yamashita has been named Master Chef at the World Gourmet Summit, which brings together the world's top chefs, in two consecutive editions, and his shin-washoku style draws out the fullest life and vitality of each ingredient.
The ingredients include Awaji beef, of which only around 200 head are raised each year, and sakasa uni — uni from Yura served this way for its freshness — together with a sukiyaki loaded with Awaji-grown onions, tomatoes, and other vegetables; the seasonal menu can be chosen to suit your preference.
Ingredients may vary depending on the season.

Breakfast
One of the highlights of the stay, breakfast lets each party choose between a Japanese-style "Awaji Sankai Gozen" set or a Western-style plate.
Japanese: Awaji Sankai Gozen
Starting with the "Grand Chariot Morning Starter Set," this breakfast includes grilled Seto Inland Sea fish and the signature Awaji dashimaki tamago (dashi-rolled omelet), served with freshly cooked Awaji-grown rice.
Western Plate
The main plate features four items made with Awaji Island ingredients, including house-made loin ham from Awaji pork and scrambled eggs made with Awaji eggs, paired with house-made tomato ketchup loaded with onions — a breakfast built around quality ingredients and homemade preparation.

Bath
Every room has its own hinoki (cypress) bath, offering the soothing, fresh scent of cypress wood.
