Bakery & Sweets Picot, located inside Fujiya Hotel in Miyanoshita, Hakone, has launched a series of spring limited-edition items available through May 31, 2026. The lineup features a matcha canelé, a spinach and bacon baguette, and a classic overnight-fermented baguette — each made to highlight the natural flavors of its ingredients.

Matcha Canelé — ¥400 (tax included)
Matcha liqueur is incorporated into the batter to bring out the tea's layered aroma and subtle sweetness. A matcha icing is spread over the surface, delivering a rich, concentrated matcha flavor from the very first bite.
Baguette Epinard Bacon — ¥700 (tax included)

The dough is slow-fermented overnight and paired with soy-seasoned spinach and bacon. The savory umami deepens with each bite.
Baguette Saveur — ¥650 (tax included)

Low-temperature overnight fermentation draws out the natural sweetness and aroma of the wheat. The crust bakes up golden and fragrant, while the interior stays soft and chewy.
