Hilton Tokyo Odaiba (Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hideki Nakazato) is opening a new takeout-only shop, LE CHOU CHOU -SWEETS & DELI-, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as part of the full-property renovation the hotel has been carrying out since February 2026.
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is undertaking its first large-scale renovation since the hotel opened, aiming to enrich the stay experience for every guest. LE CHOU CHOU -SWEETS & DELI- is part of that effort, bringing the hotel's food craftsmanship into guests' everyday lives through a dedicated takeout shop. Guests can enjoy the chefs' specialties at home or take them along as a gift for someone special.
The shop's concept, "One Favorite for Everyday Life," comes from a wish to bring a little spark of joy to busy daily routines, the way wearing a favorite item can. The lineup spans three categories — sweets, bread, and delicatessen — designed to add color to everyday tables, gift-giving, and other moments in guests' lives.
About LE CHOU CHOU -SWEETS & DELI-
Concept: One Favorite for Everyday Life
LE CHOU CHOU -SWEETS & DELI- was created to bring a spark of joy to busy everyday life. The concept grew out of a wish to help guests find a favorite piece that suits the day's mood, whether for tea time at home, a family meal, or a gift for someone special. The shop's name comes from the French word "chouchou," meaning "favorite." The interior is designed to evoke a patisserie tucked into a Paris street corner, built around calm, muted tones accented with vivid coral pink and pistachio gold. The display case is filled with colorful sweets, bread baked fresh every morning, and delicatessen items, offering an ever-changing lineup to discover.

Three Categories That Add Color to Everyday Life
LE CHOU CHOU -SWEETS & DELI- organizes its offerings into three categories that bring color to daily life.
PATISSERIE & SWEETS
The item that best represents the shop's concept is "LE CHOU CHOU," the cake that shares the shop's name. Shaped like an elegant handbag, it is topped with raspberries, floral-patterned chocolate, and edible flowers arranged like charms, capturing the same lift of spirit as heading out with a favorite bag.

Menu highlights:
- "LE CHOU CHOU" — ¥1,200 (photo left, left): A signature cake with a bag silhouette rendered in glossy white chocolate. Layers of rich chocolate mousse, tart raspberry mousse, and fragrant pistachio sponge shift in flavor with every bite.
- "Earl Grey Chocolat" — ¥1,000 (photo left, center): Mascarpone layered with Earl Grey–infused chocolate, finished to look like a gift box.
- "Pithivier" — 15 cm diameter, ¥2,500 (photo right, foreground): A traditional French pastry of crème d'amande baked inside a fragrant, flaky crust rich with butter and almond.
- "Gâteau Weekend Citron" — approximately 13 cm long, ¥800 (photo right, back left): A pound cake with rich buttery flavor and a bright hint of lemon.
BREAD
Alongside its regular lineup, the bread selection features the chefs' own ideas for the morning table.
The standout item, "Sablé Crust Curry Pan," is topped with a lightly sweet cookie dough before baking. The sablé's gentle sweetness deepens the curry's spice and richness for a more complex flavor.
The lineup also includes shokupan and croissants made with domestic wheat, along with a matcha roll and other items that show off the chefs' range.

DELICATESSEN
The delicatessen lineup lets guests enjoy the chefs' restaurant-quality cooking at home. The standout item, "Wagyu Roast Beef Sandwich," combines the umami of juicy wagyu roast beef with the aroma of truffle, paired with smooth mashed potato for a gentle, refined finish.
The lineup also includes slow-cooked meat dishes and a wine-friendly pâté de campagne, along with other items meant to turn a home table into something special.
