The first-floor dining venue "Kamakura Matsubara-an Ao" prepares seasonal dinner courses using fresh, locally sourced ingredients throughout the year.
From February 16 (Monday) to April 15 (Wednesday), the hotel presents the "Hayama Beef and Shonan Delicacies Course."
The course's main ingredient is Hayama Beef, a premium brand representing Kanagawa Prefecture. With limited production, this beef is so rare it's called "phantom beef," commanding high value. Guests can savor Hayama Beef—renowned for its beautiful marbling and melt-in-your-mouth sweetness—prepared three ways: as a hamburger, seared, and as steak.
The menu also features spring ingredients like burdock and rape blossoms, along with fresh local seafood and vegetables.
The meal concludes, of course, with "Kamakura Matsubara-an Ao's" signature hand-cut soba noodles.
