A new seasonal item is coming to S.Weil by HOTEL NEW GRAND in Yokohama: the "Honey Tea Bread with Garden Bear," a fluffy loaf stamped with the official mascot character of Garden Necklace Yokohama 2026, an event organized by the City of Yokohama. Available from May 1 to May 31, 2026, it is limited to just 10 loaves per day.
The bread is made with a milky pain au lait dough and generously incorporates an original blended tea — a fragrant mix of cornflower and marigold herbs — along with rich honey. The result is a soft, fluffy texture with a gentle sweetness from the milk, and a pleasant aroma of black tea and honey. It can be enjoyed as-is for its pillowy texture, or lightly toasted to enhance the aroma and add a subtle crunch.
