STREATS, the breakfast restaurant at Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay, is holding a special breakfast fair from Tuesday, September 1 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (excluding the Silver Week period of September 19 to 23).
A Jewel Box of Autumn Grapes and a Truffle-Scented Roast Beef & Chicken Bowl
At a special corner themed around autumn flavors, a jewel box-like assortment featuring Shine Muscat grapes alongside three other grape varieties carefully selected by the chef will be served.
Also on offer is a Roast Beef & Chicken Bowl fragrant with truffle, often called a "black diamond." Two types of meat — chilled roast beef mixed with colorful vegetables, and chicken — are served over warm rice, and guests can top it with a hot spring egg if they like.
More Entertaining Breakfast Options
Beyond the autumn flavors fair, the breakfast lineup also includes plenty of touches designed to lift the mood from the morning — including the crepe-making robot "Q Fun," the first of its kind introduced at a hotel in Japan; croffles cooked to order from raw dough in a waffle maker; and an automatic pancake machine that starts cooking the moment a hand is placed over its sensor.
