February's Birthstone Amethyst Shines in This Limited-Edition Ice Tart
The Birthstone Tart series, offered in limited quantities each month, now features a February edition. February's birthstone is Amethyst, a mineral characterized by its mystical purple color. Blueberry-flavored agar is hand-carved by artisans, one piece at a time, to resemble real minerals. The ice tart base features Harapecolab's original cassata cream made with quality ricotta cheese and fresh cream. The cream is enriched with pistachios, cashews, and premium Belgian chocolate, while raspberry and lemon peel add refreshing acidity. It's recommended to serve after letting it sit at room temperature until the cream begins to soften. Due to the handcrafted production process, only 20 units are available.
