At French Dining Top of Kyoto, Japan's only rotating observation French restaurant, guests can enjoy the Valentine's limited special course "La Saint-Valentin" while taking in panoramic views of Kyoto's stunning scenery.
The course's appetizer "Gift-Inspired Buri and Scallop Confit with Citrus Fragrance" is an adorable dish decorated with numerous hearts, presented like a gift. The melt-in-your-mouth umami of the buri (yellowtail) and scallops is enhanced by the refreshing aroma of citrus, creating an elegant hors d'oeuvre. The fish course features a Kyoto-style special dish—a classic French preparation called "Duglere" with its gentle butter aroma, prepared using fish from Miyazu Port in Kyoto. The main dish "Black Wagyu Beef Poêlé" captivates the senses with its carefully prepared, juicy wagyu beef and deep, harmonious sauce.
For dessert, no Valentine's celebration would be complete without the sweet "Chocolate Ice Milk Profiteroles", generously topped with strawberry and tonka bean espuma that spreads a sweet, velvety aroma. The lingering sweetness envelops guests in a romantic and special moment.

The restaurant also offers a limited quantity of "Château Calon-Ségur Half Bottle 2019", a special wine with a heart-shaped label—highly recommended as a heartfelt gift for someone special.
