A new chapter of the "Sky Afternoon Tea" series is coming to the top floor of Sapporo Prince Hotel. From May 15 through June 30, 2026, the Sky Lounge Top of Prince will host "Sky Afternoon Tea 'Suicha' (翠茶)," a collaboration with Fukujuen, a Kyoto-based tea house with over 230 years of history.

The theme centers on what happens when Fukujuen's premium Kyoto tea leaves travel over 1,000 km to meet Hokkaido's clean water, dairy products, and adzuki beans. The resulting menu weaves Japanese and Western techniques together, offering a tea-time experience that reflects the character of both regions. Guests can enjoy the set amid panoramic views of the Sapporo cityscape from the lounge's open, elevated space.
