Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima's buffet restaurant "Bridge" on the lobby floor (L) is hosting a "Sweets Buffet with Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream" on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in August 2026.
The buffet offers more than 30 menu items, including special desserts made with Häagen-Dazs ice cream alongside a variety of sweets and light bites for a summer-limited experience. A pastry chef plates special desserts in front of guests, with five flavors to choose from: Vanilla, Milk Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry, and Green Tea.
August's Theme: Parfait
August centers on a "parfait" theme, with a colorful lineup starring Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Parfaits made with peach, mango, matcha, and caramel each bring out the character of their key ingredient, while every layer offers a different flavor and texture to enjoy.
Jellies, tarts, and other seasonal sweets round out the lineup for a cool ending to the summer.
Special Desserts Prepared Tableside
A pastry chef prepares fresh special desserts in front of guests using Häagen-Dazs ice cream, with a choice of five flavors: Vanilla, Milk Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry, and Green Tea.
Pop Candy & Cider Fruit Parfait

Build-Your-Own Original Parfait Experience

As in July, August also offers limited toppings that kids can enjoy, including animal-motif chocolate pieces and cotton candy. Guests can combine bear-shaped eyes, nose, and mouth pieces to design an expression of their own, making for a one-of-a-kind parfait.
