One Night Only in Nagoya — "STRINGS Spring ROSÉ Night" Transforms the Cabana Garden into a Pink Photogenic Wonderland

Strings Hotel Nagoya is marking its 10th anniversary — the hotel opened on January 21, 2016 — with a one-night-only event, STRINGS Spring ROSÉ Night, scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The courtyard garden facing the cathedral will be bathed entirely in vivid pink to celebrate the arrival of spring.

A Pink World in the Cabana Garden

The hotel's "Cabana Garden" — a resort-style courtyard overlooking the cathedral — will be transformed into an all-pink space on this single evening. Balloons, atmospheric light-up installations, and photogenic backdrops will fill the open-air garden by the waterside, creating a world of photogenic moments at every turn.

Upon arrival, guests receive a glass of Chandon Rosé as their welcome drink. The non-alcoholic alternative Citrus Spring is also available for those who prefer it. The dress code encourages pink-themed attire to complement the event decor.

Event Schedule

• 6:45 PM – 7:30 PM: Check-in at the Cabana Garden. Welcome drink served upon arrival. Guests can freely enjoy the photo spots throughout the garden (standing format).
• 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Move to the 1st-floor "New York Lounge" for dining.

Note: In case of rain, the Cabana Garden portion will be cancelled and guests may use the New York Lounge from 6:45 PM, with drinks available for order throughout.

Chandon Rosé — Winner at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2024

Chandon Rosé, awarded Best Australian Sparkling Wine at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2024, pours an elegant rose pink with fine, delicate bubbles. Its bouquet carries notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and cherry, while the palate balances freshness with depth alongside a long, graceful acidity.

Chandon is a premium sparkling wine brand founded in Argentina in 1959 under the vision of Robert-Jean de Vogüé, who also served as president of Moët & Chandon. Using traditional Champagne methods, the brand now operates wineries across six countries including Australia, crafting high-quality sparkling wines that express the terroir of each region.

During March and April, Chandon Rosé is also available by the glass (¥2,100 including tax, 15% service charge separate) at the various restaurants within the hotel.
