In the 1950s, when Wrangler was closely tied to the world of rodeo, winners of rodeo competitions were awarded a special jacket that came to be known as the "Champion Jacket."
Its defining features are the vivid red body and the chain-stitch embroidery covering the entire back — a piece set apart from indigo denim wear, made for a winner.

This reissue faithfully reproduces the vintage original anew, from the fabric and sewing to the embroidery, trims, pattern, and fit. Carefully made in Japan, in limited quantity.
Advance sales begin on September 12 (Saturday), 2026, at the limited-time Wrangler pop-up store in Shinjuku Flags.
