American outdoor brand Cotopaxi has opened "Cotopaxi NAGOYA," its first directly managed store in the Tokai region, on the first floor of Nagoya PARCO East Wing on April 23. The store opened alongside a large-scale renovation of Nagoya PARCO and is directly connected to the "Yaba-cho" subway station.
Opening Day
The store drew a crowd from the moment its doors opened. Inside, colorful and distinctive backpacks and apparel fill the shelves, creating a space that reflects the brand's slogan, "GEAR FOR GOOD."
The store carries the "Del Día" collection — featuring one-of-a-kind colorways made entirely from premium deadstock fabric — along with environmentally conscious apparel and fair trade-certified hats.
Grand Opening Limited Items
To mark the opening of Cotopaxi NAGOYA, two special limited-edition items from the "Del Día" collection are available in limited quantities. Each piece features a unique coloring entrusted to Filipino craftspeople, combined with an original design — making every item truly one of a kind.
The design incorporates local symbols within the brand's slogan "DO GOOD," adding a playful regional touch.
Bataan Fanny Pack – Cotopaxi JAPAN
A Japan-themed fanny pack created for the Cotopaxi NAGOYA opening. It went on sale simultaneously at six domestic directly managed stores on April 23.
