About cucina del NABUCCO

Interior of cucina del NABUCCO with its open kitchen

The white-toned, homey interior is designed so tables look up toward an open kitchen, naturally drawing the eye to the cooking in progress. The restaurant's defining feature is the fresh cheese made in-house every day, and guests can watch through glass as artisans craft the cheese while they dine. The pasta lineup includes a wide range of housemade fresh noodles in different shapes and thicknesses, some kneaded with seasonal vegetables and herbs, each paired with a sauce suited to its character. Only carefully selected tomatoes from across Japan are used, reflecting a broader focus on quality ingredients as the foundation of the restaurant's Italian cooking.

A dedicated wedding planner supports couples in shaping the celebration around their wishes, coordinating everything from the restaurant's signature dishes to the concept and staging of an original party.
