Musashino Mori Coffee is adding a fresh wave of early summer flavors to its menu starting April 23, 2026 (Thursday). The lineup includes three new espresso-based drinks, the return of the fan-favorite matcha mont blanc pancake, and a selection of new food items.

Musashino Mori Coffee's signature espresso — a dark roast with deep richness and a clean finish — takes center stage in three new drinks designed for the early summer season.
Ice Choco Mint Latte

A refreshing combination of cool mint, slightly bitter espresso, and sweet chocolate. The drink features eye-catching layers of pale green mint, espresso, whipped cream, and chocolate flakes.
Ice Dirty Chai Latte
From ¥638 (tax included) to ¥880 (tax included)
Inspired by the internationally popular dirty chai, this latte pairs Musashino Mori Coffee's clean-finishing espresso with spiced chai. The spicy kick makes for an addictively rich, grown-up latte.
Ice Lemon Coffee Soda
From ¥638 (tax included) to ¥880 (tax included)
A lively blend of aromatic espresso, bright lemon acidity, and fizzy soda — a combination that feels perfectly suited to early summer. The contrast between the rich espresso and the citrusy fizz is part of the appeal.
Limited-Quantity Bird-Friendly® Coffee
A special addition to the coffee menu, the Peru La Florida (from ¥693 to ¥880, tax included) is a Bird-Friendly® certified coffee grown using shade cultivation and organic farming methods, helping protect the habitat of migratory birds. The cup offers a well-balanced flavor with notes of nuttiness and orange-like acidity. Available in limited quantities while supplies last.

The Return of Matcha Mont Blanc Sweets
The popular matcha mont blanc sweets series is making a comeback, with the matcha mont blanc paste freshly piped to order for each serving. Three options are available:

A cheese-scented, moist chilled pancake topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, finished with generously piped matcha mont blanc paste made using stone-ground matcha from Kyoto. Pairs beautifully with Tokachi red bean paste and matcha warabi mochi. A mini-size version is also available.

Freshly Piped Matcha Mont Blanc Parfait

Layers of matcha mont blanc paste, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, matcha sauce, and Tokachi red bean paste combine in a well-balanced parfait. The matcha warabi mochi in the middle adds a satisfying chewy texture among the various components.

Black Sesame Mille Crepe
