LOUANGE TOKYO Opens "Le Château," a Patisserie Salon, in Nagoya's Sakae Area

LOUANGE TOKYO Le Château is set to open on June 11, 2026, at The Landmark Nagoya Sakae HAERA B1F — marking the brand's first store in the Nagoya region.

The concept of "Le Château" is "Nostalgia & Avant-garde." The space blends emotional nostalgia for times past with innovative, avant-garde artistry, creating "a familiar yet extraordinary experience unlike anything before."

The interior reimagines a European château in a contemporary setting, while traditional French confections are combined with cutting-edge techniques and international ingredients, delivering an elegant experience unique to LOUANGE TOKYO.

The store features a collaboration between Grand Chef Kojiro Fujita — a two-time world champion at the World Pastry Team Championship — and Chef Pâtissier Hayato Nihashi, who holds sommelier and cheese professional certifications and previously served as chef pâtissier at a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. Beyond taste, the experience is crafted to engage all five senses — from visual presentation and aroma to texture.

A rich lineup of Nagoya-exclusive eat-in menus is available, including assiette de desserts, afternoon tea, and a counter course centered on cheese.

Salvador Dalí (Nagoya Exclusive)

As part of LOUANGE TOKYO's art series, a Nagoya-exclusive assiette de dessert inspired by Salvador Dalí's painting The Meditative Rose has been created.

Crafted from a custom ceramic plate with a rose recreated through pastry techniques, this dessert features a butter cream richly infused with the aroma of Camembert cheese, layered with hazelnut biscuit and caramel cream for a deeply complex flavor. Cotton candy and ice cream represent the "clouds," while an orange semifreddo with marmalade portrays the "earth" — a dish where taste and art converge.

Afternoon Tea "Rosé Pearl" (Nagoya Exclusive)

Themed around "experiencing the grandeur of medieval Europe in a château," this afternoon tea is based on the "Rosé Pearl" color associated with Marie Antoinette, evoking a world of sweets as found in the royal palace. LOUANGE TOKYO's beloved teddy bear "Noomie" also appears, dressed in an elegant style reminiscent of Marie Antoinette, adding to the splendor unique to "Le Château."

A welcome drink of the original mocktail "Rosé Classic" is served. The sweets lineup includes macarons with cream cheese and butter cream, ice cream with raspberry ganache and caramel cream, lychee mousse with grapefruit rosé, Saint-Honoré with apricot, berry cream roll cake, white peach mousse with almond, and an opera flavored with kirsch — classic French confections reimagined with a contemporary twist.

Savory options include Wagyu roast beef and avocado bruschetta, cauliflower and onion quiche, beet-infused vichyssoise, prosciutto with lotus root and potato, and fresh spring rolls.
