Wish me mell is a rabbit girl who helps deliver mail in Merci Hills, inspired by a friend who once brought her an important letter. At Harmonyland, the anniversary unfolds around a "tea party" theme filled with smiles and warmth.
To mark the milestone, Wish me mell debuts a special new dress covered in lace, frills, and her favorite flowers. The pink, Lolita-style design suits the event's tea party theme, and a rainbow-colored petticoat matches her signature rainbow tail. Wish me mell wears the new costume for the "Anniversary Greeting Show" and other appearances.
The "Wish me mell Flower Garden" also gains a new tea party-themed photo spot, and guests can take part in "Letter That Connects With Wish me mell," sending a celebratory message through a red mailbox beside the garden — with a chance of receiving a special reply from Wish me mell afterward.
Limited-time goods such as headbands and mascots inspired by the new costume, along with a 15th-anniversary menu item, are also part of the celebration. In addition, Sanrio Puroland (Tama City, Tokyo), which is holding its own "WISH ME MELL 15TH ANNIVERSARY" event from the same day, joins Harmonyland for a collaborative online quiz revealing which Merci Hills friend matches your personality, among other content planned for the event period.

Story:
Chico and friends have secretly prepared something for Mell — a special tea party in a place bursting with colorful flowers under a great rainbow. Everyone wears matching Lolita-style ribbons, sharing sweet tea and treats together. "Let's stay friends forever, no matter what!" Surrounded by the smiles of those she loves, Wish me mell spends a heartwarming birthday.
New Flower-Filled Costume Debuts at Harmonyland
Wish me mell appears at Harmonyland in a special new costume decorated with lace, frills, and her favorite flowers — a pink, Lolita-style dress that fits the event's tea party theme. A rainbow-colored petticoat matching her signature "rainbow tail" completes the anniversary-worthy look.

The "Special Greeting," where guests can take photos and interact with Wish me mell, opens for advance lottery entry starting August 18 (Tuesday). Guests who are selected can spend special time with the 15th-anniversary Wish me mell in her new costume.
A "Wish me mell Special Party" is also held, offering guests a special time with Wish me mell alongside food and entertainment. A special package tour including tickets to the Special Party, a day pass, and hotel accommodation is planned for sale through Nippon Travel Agency; further details will be announced on the official website.

The Wish me mell Flower Garden gains a new tea party-themed photo spot, giving guests a special place to mark the 15th anniversary with photos.
During the event, guests can also take part in "Letter That Connects With Wish me mell." Celebratory messages can be delivered through a red mailbox beside the garden — Wish me mell's hobby is writing letters, so those who send one may receive a special reply from her later on.

An online quiz lets guests answer a few simple questions to find out which "Merci Hills friend" matches their personality. Guests are invited to share their results on social media and enjoy the anniversary together with friends and other fans.
A joint campaign between Harmonyland and Sanrio Puroland also ties into the quiz — guests who show their result to staff at Little Gift may receive a little something extra.
